Home Savings of America is currently seeking competitive, persuasive individuals for our Sr. Loan Processor position. As a Sr. Loan Processor you must perform the duties of Conventional, FHA and VA loan processing and closing. This position includes interacting and working in a team oriented environment and interacting with loan originators, escrow/title companies, borrowers, and real estate agents in the closing of the loans.

Requirements:
Process loan applications from initial set-up through funding, striving to obtain loan approvals within 30 days or LESS of application date.
Reconcile accounting records to ensure collection of all fees due.
Follow-up on closed loan documentation to ensure compliance with all Home Savings of America standards.
Communicate with Loan Originators, borrowers and real estate associates in a professional, courteous manner.
Maintain a pipeline of loans with an emphasis on customer service, quality, accuracy and efficiency.
Learn and maintain knowledge of different loan programs and corresponding guidelines.
Gather and submit credit report and supporting application (1003) documentation in a timely manner for loan approval.
Maintain status and information within processing software systems.
Provide status updates on loan information for reporting as needed. Communicate status in meetings
Must have eighteen (18) months experience as a Sr. Loan Processor.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to work in a demanding fast paced, team oriented setting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills.
